2017 is nearly here, and Giving & Living opens its doors in 22 days! The show is perfectly timed for you to stock up for the year’s key seasonal buying occasions – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, the summer, and even next Christmas. Suppliers know this too, which is why so many exhibitors are launching new products at the show. It’s your opportunity to see the very latest new and exclusive 2017 gift, coast & home product ranges before anyone else. So here’s a taste of what’s in store for you, or to put it another way, here’s what could be in your store next year!
Ashwood Gifts are launching several great new ranges at the show – and they’ve also created special merchandising units for each range, which they can supply to retailers free of charge. (Stand A426/325).
Baggee are excited to be releasing their new Globe Baggee – the latest addition to their range of funky keychain bag dispensers. One revolutionary yet simple flexible hollow ball, in the shape of the planet, helping save the planet, 3 plastic bags at a time! (Stand A429).
Beach Art Glass has a new range of jewellery and light pulls for 2017 called “Deep Blue Sea”. Handmade beads in beautiful glossy blue glass, finished with sterling silver. (Stand B343).
CanTastic are a British manufacturer of novelty money savings tins. They are launching their new CANdy Treats range at the show, a fun candy in a tin product which is a must see! (Stand A124).
Cole will be launching their brand new range of children’s ladybird and bumblebee backpacks. You can also see their new range of cute children’s messenger bags – penguin, butterfly & monkey – plus their new plush dinosaur backpacks & new range of Dinosaur Tails. (Stand B617).
F & J Collection are launching 2 new branded product ranges for Spring/Summer 2017: Saffron & Co, a new organic cotton range of scarves, and Hazel & Pip, a new brand of boutique fashion accessories. (Stand A318/219).
Farrahs of Harrogate are launching two new product ranges for 2017: Pyramid Boxes in a range of 18 sweet flavours, and Cube Boxes in a range of 13 flavoured fudges, honeycomb and coconut ice. (Stand A559).
The Milford Collection will be showing their amazing new range of colourful Light Glass tealight holders, and also their wide range of Benaya ceramic tiles and mouth blown glassware in exciting new colours. (Stand A111).
Proctor and Clark will be launching various new designs at the show, including some by Georgina Peters. West Country artist Georgina Peters adds to the County Belle creative Portfolio with her fabulous and fun GIN and VINO designs. George is Somerset born and bred and her designs are known for their fun colours and quirky humour. Her colourful, fresh and quirky designs are available on a range of British made Textiles and Gifts. (Stand B307).
Puckator will be launching hundreds of new lines. Not only will they be adding to some of their best selling ranges, including Unicorn, Home is Where you Park it and Fast Food, they will also be introducing new ranges for 2017. Keep an eye out for their cool Cactus range, the awesome Alpaca’s and some familiar TV and Movie characters in their fantastic Solar Pals. (Stand A502/419).
Sandscript Cards have added some new images to their range, and will also have 3 new ranges from Caroline Yates on show, including Natural Symmetry; cards inspired by nature with a cool contemporary twist. (Stand B546).
Sawley Fine Arts have added more items to their soft toy collection, and also have more 3D items that are new for 2017. The new Royal Teddy Bear is adorable! (Stand A406).
Sea Gems are releasing hundreds of new, exciting additions to their popular jewellery and gift ranges for Spring 2017. The contemporary sterling silver jewellery brand “Pure Origins” features the bestselling Beachcomber collection. Handcrafted and exquisitely detailed shells, pebbles, maritime themes, sea creatures and oceanic shapes. (Stand B530).
Stands Out are pleased to announce the arrival of their fantastic ‘Jingle Bell Jewellery’ stand. They also have a fantastic selection of Christmas Snap Watches, brand new this year. (Stand B619).
Studio 27 are exhibiting at the show for the first time. They create local view souvenirs for tourists visiting the Cornish and Devon coast, as well as other tourist attractions/ towns. Products include fridge magnets, keyrings, mugs, coasters, bookmarks, notebooks and their local view jigsaw puzzles are new for 2017. (Stand B671).
Talbot Fashions have some new branded gift boxed ranges. Silver Tide – a sterling silver and semi-precious stone range and Tide Jewellery – natural paua shell jewellery. (Stand A505).
Welink are launching a new range of lighting, including their new collection from Shirley Netherton, who lives and works in Cornwall. Shirley is a naïve artist and her artwork has a childlike simplicity. She loves bold, vibrant shades which are often painted in blocks of colour against gently blended skies and seas. Many of her images are typically quirky and the effect is to create charming eye catching paintings to brighten up someone’s day! (Stand A111).
World of 3D are launching the Age of Dragons at the trade show – a licensed collection of fantastic artwork from Anne Stokes. Products available include handbags, purses, evening bags, messenger bags, side bags, prints, postcards and gents wallets. (Stand A119).
Zamsoe have been test marketing a new concept for gift shops and galleries for the sale of earrings, which has gone very well. They are launching this to the market at the show. Discover their “Earrings in a Bottle” – beautiful earrings that come in a glass gift bottle and provide a perfect gift for special occasions. These are great for point of sale and are priced to sell well. (Stand B248).
Zippo are new to the show and will be launching a brand new range of leather accessories for 2017. A quality range of wallets, credit card holders, tobacco pouches & hip flasks. All packaged in a Zippo branded gift box. They will also be exhibiting their new range of eyewear including reading glasses and sunglasses. (Stand A521).
