How to visit

Giving & Living is the largest trade show in the South West and takes place at the conveniently located Westpoint Exhibition Centre, just one mile from Junction 30 on the M5.

There is free parking for thousands of cars, all within easy distance of the trade show hall. Disabled parking is located as close to the hall as practical. Traffic stewards will direct you to parking that is appropriate to your needs.

We will reimburse one taxi journey, to the show, for buyers arriving at Exeter Railway Stations and Exeter Airport. You will need to provide a receipt for your taxi fare to the Information Desk to receive a refund. Staff will be able to book the return leg, but buyers will need to pay for this.

Apple Taxis are the largest local taxi firm, and can be reached on 01392 666666 to pre-book.
Other taxi firms also operate to the venue.

The area around Westpoint has a wide variety of accommodation from bed and breakfast to luxurious hotels, in the city, the countryside and on the coast. Why not try booking.com, Trivago, or AirBnB to find the perfect place for your needs?

Seating areas are located at the front and rear of the hall.

Drinking water is available, and a refill station for your water bottles is in the quiet seating area. If you need directions, ask one of the team.

The Lime Tree, located at the back of the hall, will be open for Sunday lunch only.

The café is located at the rear of the hall, and will serve a selection of main meals and sides, along with sandwiches, cakes, hot and cold drinks, brought to you by caterers Posh Nosh.

Just fancy a drink? Skip the food queues and grab a beverage from the drinks bar, located near the Information Point at the front of the hall.

Free from options will be available, please ask. The cafés accept card payments.

No filming or photography of the show, exhibition stands, or exhibitors’ products is permitted without written permission from us.
We require that children are supervised at all times. If you do bring children to the show, they will be issued with a badge upon arrival. Please do not register children to attend.
No animals other than guide dogs are allowed on site.
We do not permit canvassing at the show by non-exhibiting businesses. Please let us know and we will speak to any companies operating their sales in this way. Any visitors found to be canvassing will be asked to leave the show.
Vaping is not permitted in the show. We request that if you wish to vape, you do so outside the building, via the Main Entrance.

Transport

If you are travelling by bus, please be aware that the closest bus stop for Westpoint is outside the site entrance and is a ten-minute walk from the venue. If you are arriving by train and require assistance with onward travel to the venue, then please contact us on 01934 733433.

Accessible Parking

There are ample accessible parking bays located in front of the main entrance to the hall. When you enter Westpoint the Traffic Marshall will guide you, along with all other traffic, around the perimeter of the grounds to enter via Red Gate. Please indicate to the Traffic Marshall at Red Gate that you require accessible parking, and you will be shown where this is located. Please make sure you display your parking badge.

Drop off point

There is a drop off point located next to the accessible parking bays. From here there is a flat entrance to the show.

Accessible Toilets

There are four accessible toilets on site, two near the front foyer and two at the rear, near the Lyme Tree Restaurant.

Layout

Doorways allow for access by wheelchair. All floors are level, offering unobstructed access and aisles are 2m wide, allowing plenty of space for a wheelchair or mobility scooter. All stands are accessible and stand holders are asked to design their stands to be considerate of all trade show attendees’ needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the information desk if you have any difficulty accessing any show areas.

Quiet Area

There is a quiet area, with seating, in the corridor situated outside the conference room.

Dogs

We welcome Guide and Assistance dogs.
