How much does it cost?
Our Octanorm shell scheme stands are now just £285.00 + vat per square metre and start from as little as 4 square metres. This is down from £307.00 per sq.m in 2020 and reflects the more focussed three day show (the show was previously four days long).
The cost includes a full shell scheme; walls, carpet, and fascia with name board as well as all of the show marketing benefits.
We also offer Traditional Shell Scheme stands at £321.00 + vat per square metre, which will provide you with a stand with walls of 2.74m, constructed from batten and plywood, with a muslin ceiling. The standard ceiling is white but other colours are available for an additional £2.00 per square metre. Traditional stands are ideal for pictures, or greeting cards, or other wall hangings.
There are extras available to really make you stand out. For example if you book traditional shell scheme the walls can be painted to suit the colour of your display, at a cost of £20.00 per linear metre. Various carpet colours are also available.
Space only sites are available from 18sq.m and are priced at £236.00 + vat per square metre and include carpet.

We promote the show through direct mail, email, online & social media campaigns, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone calls to buyers and face-to-face promotion at many UK events.
As part of your booking, you get an entry in the on-line exhibitor list, including a free image, a 42 word description, and a link to your website and/or Twitter account. This will become your entry in the show catalogue (minus the image). Also included are unlimited numbers of tickets for you to invite customers.

‘Book your stand with Confidence’ Covid-19 guarantee
We recognise how hard it is to plan ahead with financial confidence at the moment. We appreciate that you want to minimise risk, when marketing budgets have been cut and every penny counts. You need to book into trade shows, to meet new customers and show off your latest products and services, but what happens if there’s a local lockdown and the show is postponed? None of us can insure against local Covid-19 related lockdowns.
Book into one of our 2021 trade shows and we will limit your risk, in the case of a government enforced Covid-related postponement, to a maximum of 10% of your stand cost. We will offer this guarantee right up until the day before the show is due to open.
And in the case of a Covid-19 related postponement, we are also offering the transfer of the total of any deposit you have paid, to the next edition of the show, as an alternative.
You will of course need your own insurance to cover all other eventualities, as we cannot help with any other expenses you may incur should such a Covid-19 postponement occur, but we hope this helps you book into our 2021 trade shows, with confidence.
