Deepmere is a new company formed by lighting designer Phil Day. They specialise in original images – at present open and limited editions, cards and gifts. All images are taken with one shot on a small digital camera, and in a very small area. Each photograph is just an image – if there’s any intention then it’s to find something that only exists ‘in between’ (‘mere’ being an old word for boundary) and that therefore has no specific time or place – and also it’s just meant to be beautiful. (Stand B118).
